depends how much a gallon of fuel is now and what the average monthly income is imo ,hold on a better google that furst before some smuck arrives

Cheapest Petrol in the world, in Venezuela - PENNIES per Gallon

Probably STILL the cheapest petrol in the world - after the government  printed piles more Bolivars - making the Bolivar still virtually worthless.
