As I'm for my Cheltenham fest in Tenerife shortly I'm wondering can I use the local wifi and the WhatsApp Messenger without incurring any charges?

Make sure it is connected to wifi though or else it will be expensive

used it last time i was abroad, it's 2 or 3 quid a day & you can use all your

There's no roaming charges, just the same package you would get in the UK. Just order a free sim and top up with whatever you think you'll use. Beware watching video's as that eats a lot of data but you have that problem in the UK also.
Di I read somewhere that all roaming charges will be abolished across Europe from 2017? Someone else can correct me.
