what world are these loon women in |

Ron - I did explain the process earlier. The key bit of halal (and shechita) is the religious element of the slaughter - its basically prayer at the death of the animal. Apart from this, if the animal is stunned and then throat slit, the process is the same whether halal or my local slaughterhouse.
I asked if you were returning to your original post because your last post (21.34) had nothing to do with your original post. |

Pathetic isn't it wmfb.
Its like we're putting ourselves up for being over-run/defeated. Are all these lefties must think their heads won't be coming off what with all the good work they do that one. stunned & throat slip isnt proper halal tho? |
|
By:
wfb - so the FSA invented this data, which was then published by them in 2013. The RSPCA belived it and then published it. AND all because it was good to placate the muslim population.

we are putting ourselves up for being over-run imo.
they don't like us remember the quote from the Quran i quoted, it's pretend! when the time comes it will be to late for lefties and everyone else that don't want guidance from a sick peado |
|
By:
Ron - ffs - Are you being deliberately obtuse. Your standard cow, pig and sheep, are STUNNED, and then have their throats cut, to ensure proper bleeding. This is the standard UK Slaughterhouse process. Ask your butcher.
Most Halal killed animals are killed by exactly the same process, with the addition of the religious bit (prayers etc). I doubt the animal prays along Of course a proportion of halal kills are not pre-stunned and many would argue that this is cruel, but many would not as the throat slit is pretty instantaneous. |
|
By:
ffs Ron - its Paedo. I hesitate to profess how to spell it, but your credibility is being damaged.
|
|
By:
Im not heading off to the butchers tomorrow, i think i know
stunned then killed is the normal way. I think theres some lies being told some where along the line as basically your saying muslims are happy to go with what we do, but just mention some nonsense prayer? i couldn't see them having that? |
|
By:
Its not really a word i'm familiar with tbh.
What with being a Christian ![]() In truth im nothing, but can see whats happening in the UK & it's not good. |
|
By:
By the way, which bit of my "By the way gassing chickens or your Christmas Turkey is not Halal (allowed) as it offends the animal cruelty rules" is nonsense.
For the simple reason that the animal has to be still alive before slitting it's throat and bleeding it. If they killed the animal by gassing it then it wouldn't be 'Halal'. |
|
By:
do you all wear wannabe uniforms?
|
|
By:
Paedo or peado I think we all know what he meant so why so pedantic?
|

By:
Best thing to do is STOP eating the ship that
we've more or less been force fed over the last 30+ years. then they might all start f in off home ![]() |

Don't you mean "paedantic"?

akabulae - I am not usually that pedantic as you know. It is only because his annoying pomposity and uncertain certainty that drives me to it. I used to be the same about you

What % of the UK would you say want Halal Meat at a guess blackbarn?
I Can see this changing whatever you say downwards as people are sick of this nonsense we're having put upon us. Indian Restaurants are a gonna, they was already moaning about not enough indian chefs coming through for the reason, nah people are sick of your type |

I think the op is wasting his time here.
If you take a look at the average Brit, do you really think they give a fcuk about how or where their food comes from? |
|
By:
If yer average Brit is anything like yer average cc poster then I'd agree.
|
|
By:
This certainly isn't a nation of careful eaters.
|
|
By:
Ron - No idea, but perhaps not many if your level of ignorance of the subject is typical. I'd like to think that many are better informed than you but perhaps not. Anyway, people don't really care do they (apart from you, me and a few others
)Supermarket chicken is the perfect example - raised is s hit circumstances, pumped full of garbage and then gassed to death (no pre-stunning) - in fact they are lucky if get halal'ed (got it now Akabula ). |
|
By:
I don't want to eat halal meat it's quite simple as i think
its not only cruel but disgusting. exactly what you would expect from a barbaric religion. people are eating it by mistake, it should be a minimal percentage job in this country, but unbeknowingly we're all eating it. |
|
By:
Add Dominoes Pizza to your list.
|
|
By:
This isn't about me.
It's about the future blackbarn! |
|
By:
Yes Wesdag but why would they concentrate and bend over backwards
for a small %. they are all at it...trying to please a crazy religion? Is it a dream & im going to wake up in a minute ![]() surely any business would want to attract the majority? |
|
By:
Can't see it being good economics for a slaughterhouse to have separate streams for religious slaughter and not. In all likelihood if the slaughterhouse has a demand for halal then everything goes the same way, some just not labelled that way. (have never seen meat labelled that it's not halal or Koscher)
|
|
By:
R-R if 90% don't care where their meat comes from but 10% do, who are you going to listen to?
If the 90% will buy anyway, then keep the 10% sweet. Simple business logic. |
|
By:
You just can't make up whats going on in this country at the moment.
all the good work over the years to get us where we are, respect for the law/women/crime/ect ect. Now we are being dragged backwards? & we're being guided to suit people that think it's fine to stone women to death, rape women, throw *** people off tall buildings ect ect ect. & we're actually working to please this nonsense religion ffs wake up before it's to late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|
By:
Ron - Why on earth would a commercial company seek to satisfy a "crazy" and "minority" religion. Perhaps they've taken the view that halal is irrelevant and/or no one gives a tos s.
|
|
By:
time will tell.
general feeling is people are sick of this religion being pushed on to them. more than ever at the moment. it's not like they work or anything is it? they just claim of tax payers going to work while they go to the mosque ect ect. Im still waiting for someone to quote me any good guidance from the Quran? Is there anything in there that id like bar frowning on????? |
|
By:
I'd just keep posting on here Ron. You'll be converting the faithful. You never did say how your gassed chicken tasted.
|
|
By:
how about JUST assume no one gives a toss blackbarn.
put a few videos on it would soon change peoples minds, instead easier to keep them in the dark an force feed food advised from a sick warp minded culture. |
|
By:
I gave up meat eating a while back Ron so whether stamped Halal or not I wouldn't notice.
I never try to preach to people on eating meat but do on the animals right to dignity in both it's life and how it's killed. I don't believe the statistics given on Halal produce. Maybe some stun but I'd guess the vast majority don't. You never did say how your gassed chicken tasted. Why are you continually bringing this up? Looks like an attempt at cheap point scoring at best. |
|
By:
Agreed Ron. An advertising campaign similar to that of cigarettes where they show the clogged up arteries.
Seeing someone getting tucked into a bacon sarnie then switching to a vid of pigs in cramped conditions with unsuitable flooring. Or birds getting force fed. Or - feck the list is endless. |
|
By:
good on you akabula!
reckon i could easily knock meat on the head, specially with all the nonsense going on confusing buyers |
|
By:
Aka - as you know, as a meat raiser I am in total agreement with your second sentence.
Re your "dont believe the stats" re halal. Thats fine, but what do you have? Every bit of data, even from those who have no axe to grind says that most is stunned. The %'s vary but they still say the bulk is. Frankly I don't really care as I am not convinced by stunning. I am happy with relaxed, gentle and then quick. I bring up gassed chicken because it is a perfect example of double standards in the killing of edible stock. We have people on here without the faintest idea of how meat is killed, criticising the process, who eat £5 chicken raised in horrible conditions and gassed to death. AND then we pi ss about as to whether an animal is stunned or not before its throat is cut. Still, each to his own. |
