i have one of these (earlier model)

i don't use it very often, i usually cut a bulb or two with a knife

i use a mini cheese grater for Garlic - i eat tons of the stuff - i can clear a packed pub in 10 minutes on a good day

Yup, I was looking at one of those. I like the way the prickly things get into the holes & clear it all out ... so to speak.

The hinge looks a good mechanism too.
