average Jan temp is -1 for NYC with 4 days of snow with ave falls up to 17cm so likely they have had a couple of feet of snow before and now the drill .
When the gulf stream gets switched off we will have NY type weather.

Going to be windy in the uk next week, scotland looks bad for friday

When the USA goes through a terrible freeze it's because of the Polar Vortex. Oh but of course Polar Vortex is caused by Global Warming. Black is White and Peace is War..you gotta believe it.
