And sometimes when I'm feeling like I should be on holiday, I cut it corner to corner
just served toasted granary, lashings of butter & marmite, cut corner to corner & pot of coffee...

Slice of Pane Pugliese lightly toasted, rubbed with garlic and topped with tomato paste and vintage cheddar then grilled until cheese melted and starting to brown.
