Winning answer shirley is granary with melted butter, but Warburtons white with thick cut marmalade could just be a winner ... or with cherry jam?

just served toasted granary, lashings of butter & marmite, cut corner to corner & pot of coffee...

Slice of Pane Pugliese lightly toasted, rubbed with garlic and topped with tomato paste and vintage cheddar then grilled until cheese melted and starting to brown.
Having some now for supper. Yummmmm |
