Mikael DHaguenet is as eloquent as the gentlemen he champions.

Those women in Cologne must be Islamophobes.
All those Oslo rape victims more Islamophobes.
Those Swedish women dyeing their hair out and out Islamophobes.
Families of those shot in Paris the worst type of Islamophobe.

The more crimes these gentlemen commit the more Islamophobes they create.

I have a naysayer response to this.  Witnesses say he had a butchers knife and was wearing some sort of vest.

Well.  He could be a butcher off duty for starters.  Wearing a vest??  Well it is rather cold at the moment.  He could also have been returning a dangerous weapon to the police for safe keeping.

Why didn't the police invite him in out of the cold??  Clearly this is trigger happy racist islamaphobes in action.  I await several arrests.

As for shouting allahu akba - well a guy has every right to proclaim his religion.  The police have many questions to answer.

We have friends living in Calais, both are very left wing and teach in local schools, I know them because they spend their holidays here in Greece, listening to them now compared to when the 'refugee's first arrived paints a different picture and a frightening one where locals are frightened to walk out at night, women daren't go out unless in groups, local children are escorted everywhere and crime such as sexual assaults, mugging's and thefts is endemic. It's easy to say they are forced into this position because of the conditions they endure and for that they deserve some sympathy but many of these people are not 'refugees'. There are hundreds of single men ruling these camps with violence, it seems crime rules and I was told the authorities allow it to continue , local media are instructed play down what actually goes on in Calais and other camps like these. How and why the UK and France do very little is anyone's guess but certainly the ordinary French citizen is suffering.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest mobo.

Where law and order is not practised, you get the rule of might and 'Darwinism on speed' of the kind you have outlined.

Leave that unchecked in it's own environment (in this case, The Jungle at Calais Docks) and the perpetrators get a sense of invincibility and a willingness to export their thuggery to the immediate vicinity.

For the life of me I cannot understand why The EEC is not supporting Britains wholly logical stance of dealing with the Middle Eastern migrant situation at source (ideally in safe havens in Syria, Libia etc or failing that, the migrants first safe stopping point in Greece, Turkey or Southern Italy).

Failing that, why criminal acts (from the relatively minor trespass and destruction of property to the more serious robbery and sexual assault) cannot be treated under nation states criminal law, with punishment up to and including deportation.

Of course, Frau Merkel effectively handing EEC border control policy over to people traffickers doesn't help, but that's another story

George Soros and Erdogan have both stated they want to see the EU taken down and Europe Islamised, and it is their money that is funding it.

Once there was a trickle, then there seemed to be a flood, all very cleverly coordinated and organised. These people almost all have fake Syrian passports, and yet all seemed to come from different Islamic countries from all over the world..... and all at the same time.

They must have got funding from somewhere, how can so many from poverty stricken backgrounds all seem to come together all at once and all seem to have the thousands of dollars to pay for their journey.

This is definitely arranged and coordinated like I say, this s not organic, this is a massive Islamic call to arms... Oh yes, there are a tiny % that are refugees.... those will be the women and children sprinkled in knowing the western media would focus on them alone, which they have.

I am sorry, but this i n v a sion is 80% jihadi. It carries all the hallmarks, and I am quite frankly stunned that 90% of Europe's leaders and security services have not yet worked it all out... Or are they involved????

I personally fancy the latter.,, This is an engineered civil war drawn across cultural lines, a deliberate clash of civilisations and ideals. They know this is going to be a spark to ignite the bigger plan.... These muslims are acting as the useful idiots and they will have agent provocateurs amongst them, leading them.. These are installed and funded by the new world order who want total control over everyone, massive surveillance and basically have everyone enslaved.

Also what better system to force us to live under than Sharia where people live in constant terror and fear, and thus easier to control.

Mobo you are right to highlight the threat posed by the disgusting belief system of Islam and the denial of our leaders and the media.

Much of that is caused by those like Corbyn trapped by Socialist  dogma who appease and support Islam because it suits their agenda as evidenced in Northern towns when they used the racist slur against anyone who spoke up.Again in Germany the truth was suppressed  for the same reason .

Some of those with entrenched Socialist  views want to change society  by any means to their agenda and civil strife caused by Islam fits that agenda.

Apart from you I have never heard anyone from the left criticize Islam instead they blame the Western democratic  countries and are apologists for Islamic terror.

Personally I think liberal tolerance and belief in the fair execution of British Law and Order is the only answer to extremism, Muslim or anything else.

Socialists are (generally though not exclusively) so anti-Israel they're stuck firmly in the 'my enemy's enemy is my friend' camp and therefore blind to the anti-social elements of extreme Islam.

The extreme right need Islam extremism to exist and have a vested interest in talking up the Muslim threat. In point of fact their views on civic liberalism (re gay rights, women's rights, trades unions etc) have plenty in common with their opponents.

How come there is no term such as "Buddhistphopia", "seekphobia" or "Hinduphobia"?

So it is NOT racist at all, those who use the racist term for those who speak out against Islam and what it stands for are completely ignorant.

It must be common sense to worry about your way of life when you see it being eroded by a systematic takeover.

The large media companies want higher populations, more revenue and more profit. So they don't speak out and often hide the truth.

The politicians do not want to lose votes so do not speak out. And they do not want to upset the press as they will turn on them and no chance of getting elected then.

After being publicly accused by Glenn Greenwald of "spouting and promoting Islamophobia," Sam Harris responded with these words:

"Needless to say, there are people who hate Arabs, Somalis, and other immigrants from predominantly Muslim societies for racist reasons. But if you can't distinguish that sort of blind bigotry from a hatred and concern for dangerous, divisive, and irrational ideas -- like a belief in martyrdom, or a notion of male 'honor' that entails the virtual enslavement of women and girls -- you are doing real harm to our public conversation. Everything I have ever said about Islam refers to the content and consequences of its doctrine. And, again, I have always emphasized that its primary victims are innocent Muslims -- especially women and girls.
There is no such thing as 'Islamophobia.' This is a term of propaganda designed to protect Islam from the forces of secularism by conflating all criticism of it with racism and xenophobia. And it is doing its job, because people like you have been taken in by it."
Report boxingthefox • January 8, 2016 11:05 AM GMT
Excellent post HH, " I have always emphasized that its primary victims are innocent Muslims -- especially women and girls". their treatment truly beggars belief,

I have traveled extensively in the last 40 years, all the continents bar the frozen one, I have been to Sunni and Shia dominated societies, some extremely poor some extremely rich. The most striking thing was the treatment of women in all these places.

While Christianity has managed to evolve albeit kicking and screaming in some centuries, Islam has altered not one jot, some would argue that it is in fact regressing in some countries, and I don't mean in Daesh controlled areas.

Proper debate has and is being stifled by the moronic Islamophobia chanters.
Report Mikael D'Haguenet • January 8, 2016 11:12 AM GMT

Report boxingthefox • January 8, 2016 11:45 AM GMT
As mentioned, the use of 'Islamophobia' as an 'umbrella description' that encompasses people who simply hate one or more particular race, is at best misleading, making a clear distinctions for the purposes of reasoned debate harder/impossible?.

Islamophobia as a concept exist now  by virtue of the fact that is is being used (wrongly imo) extensively to describe anyone who expresses an opinion that is contrary to or questions  Islamic Ideology.

Anyone who expresses hatred of another race, should be dealt with under present legislation, and not simply be labelled as an Islamophobe.
Report Mikael D'Haguenet • January 8, 2016 12:09 PM GMT

EO, I don't believe that any anonymous forum by it's very nature is symptomatic of society in general, People on here say things that they would not say face to face or in a group discussion.

This method of communication is extremely limited, Mikael started the thread by saying "Islamophobes **** off" I responded by saying you **** off, he then responded by saying "gloves off your a c**t" Which my peculiar humour found hilarious. we don't know anything about each other, but were engaging in a slagging match.

Now what I think Mikael was really saying (and I await correction) is ffs guys give it a rest, Islamophobes seems to have the monopoly on here, can we talk about something else please!!. At least in a face to face group discussion I imagine it could have run along those, or similar lines. As I don't know Mikael I can only guess.

Without the vital intonation of the spoken word it's too easy to get it wrong or get carried away because of misinterpretation. Just a thought. Plain

There are a number of forumites on here who like a good wind up and silly banter, I'm as guilty as any on that count, But I believe/hope that despite what it sometime looks like, it is just that, and no real malice is intended.

As for Islam/refugees/terrorism etc, These are very important issues, and I'm sure many of the comments are heartfelt, but cannot find true expression on a forum like this because of the limitations mentioned above.

Finally (I'm fckedShocked I'm a one fingered typist, Laugh) I may of course have it all wrong, I would welcome your comments and Mikaels.Happy

Sorry didn't see your post to me earlier boxing. I understand and actually have some sympathy with mikael's comment. The Islam issue has (excuse the pun) exploded recently, perhaps boringly regularly for some.

But why is the question? Shiit's been happening. Regularly.

To me it's very complex with all manner of roots. I won't bore you or anybody else with my views on that. Suffice to say I believed studyform's comment about what happened in 1930's Germany staggering. I find it staggering because whilst conceding that the problem is multi faceted at the present time with Islam, Muslim and even to some extent some radical Islamists having some genuine grievances they do at least have open and relatively tolerant societies allowing them to air their grievances. In fact worse. In our case for many years they were (perhaps not as much now) allowed to make public expressions which would have seen others arrested. All manner of traditional social and cultural expressions of "Britishness" have been toned down and allowances made for Islamic practices which are not reciprocated in the Islamic world. For example the building of Mosques/Churches.

On numerous occasions our people have been bombed, blown up, beheaded etc etc. Whilst some would argue, with some justification many would say, that these are retaliatory attacks because of similar atrocities committed against Islamic people the fact is that these things have happened. And yet the attitudes of most western people has remained remarkably stoical in the face of these acts.

Which returns me to my wow moment. If you're giving me the hint that all along Study has actually been amongst the sane on this issue then fair enough. He's sure played his hand well. I took his comment to actually mean that the situation in our society is indeed analogous to that of Germany in the 30's and for the reasons given above I think that is grossly offensive stupidity.

If I've been done up like a kipper then well played Study but he must have been playing the long game because his comment didn't come as a surprise to me and was in keeping with many of the other comments I've seen him make. We've had our tiffs. Laugh
