The way things are going right now, I have to say I'm glad I'm in the Winter of my life, rather than the Spring!
Ok, there were years of austerity after the war but I was too young to know any different.
When we hit the sixties, and I was an art student, life was fantastic and, aside from a couple of "Hiccups" along the way, it has been an absolute blast!
Were it not for having a fabulous family to leave behind, I would be quite content with bowing out very soon.
