I've read that you've got a seriously itchy bum hole, seriously itchy bell end and now a serious cold sore ... and that you've been pumping some landon bint (and her boy friend gave her a cold sore). Now I'm not a doctor, but I'advise that you should cut down on your daily amount of seriouses ... apart from that, I think you have nothing to be concerned about.
