Frank's still probably trying to figure out who is responsible. Maybe he's considering whether it's a white extreme-right wing lone wolf responsible, just like he did when the Canadian Parliament was shot up by an Islamist terrorist.

Terrible stuff this. We think what is happening over in the middle east doesn't really affect us. I suspect we are going to be getting regular reminders like this that it does.
Yip. The Middle East coming to a neighbourhood near you. |

There could be no clearer warning for the folly of taking in "Refugees" (i.e 99% young chancer males on the make, motivation unknown), sight unseen, into Europe.
Merkel want to give 800k of them a EU passport. On a smaller scale, there is at least one person on Chit Chat who claims he wants to take in "refugees" into his home. I won't embarrass him in his shame by naming him publicly. |

It only hits the news big when it's close to home. But this is a war that has daily atrocities. Are we going to fight back at all? How?, what are we going to do, invade the Middle East again? In fact it is our intervention in the Middle East which has caused all this France was particularly stupid in over throwing Gadhafi, because they have a lot of Arabs from this area of the Middle East They should have left him there, he knew how to keep the Arabs in order, democracy they do not need! Neither does invading countries stop terrorism, it increases it, they will hate us even more We are luckier here because most of our Muslims are not Arabs, but from the Indian sub continent, but Islam has been misused so they feel the need to be involved, even though the Middle East is nothing to do with them I will repeat my usual plea this is over LAND not religion, who does Israel belong to Jews or Arabs that is all? The US are the worst culprits here they should not have interfered in the Middle East from circa 1990 on Neither were they even needed, since the Jews beat the Arabs every time, oh well??????????????????????? As for this country remind our young Muslims they are not ARABS so they can stay out of the middle East as well or we wont let them back in....We have to be vigilant here |

what is not understood is that it is a war against the west from a particular ideology It really is that simple. It becomes more confused when you see that many more have been killed by inter 'faith' wars amongst themselves. Also the killing of christians, jews and various other sects (nowt to do with religion of course) There is a war amongst themselves. To have got involved of course was rather stupid but then we had our own crusaders in the shape of bush blair with god on their side. We reap the wind. There is an 8 percent support for violence against the west amongst our own population of muslims I will leave you with that thought. |

"land not religion"?
FFS. Explain to us why the two sects love slaughtering each other if it's not about religion? They'll happily kill people who are the same religion but it's diverged a bit, never mind us, it happens every day. It's all about religion. |

That's the kind of madness we are dealing with. Our Muslims as you say are predominently from the Indian subcontinent and yet there are apparently many hundreds of British citizens out there fighting for ISIL. My feelings are plain and harsh. They go. They don't come back. |
