I'm ready to stand back and watch the eruption but why does this chap invoke such hatred? He's a very average actor with a limited range making a few bob out of what he does have. A poor man's Ray Winstone but why the scorn?

Don't get me wrong Ebul I liked the fella in some of his earlier roles but I don't really see the man's man bit. More of a cheeky chappy type. Winstone could clearly do a bit as a young man but Danny is what he is.

Lot better g2d - but tbh I`ve felt better. Hope you and the hound are well.

Good good. Keep improving and all will be well..

I'm not a meat eater but one Christmas a few years ago we had guests and I cooked a turkey for them. Beautiful, free range and very expensive. My flat coated retriever seemed to enjoy it when I left it on the work surface after cooking.

A win for everybody Mighty. My guests were introduced to the delights of vegetarian food and needless to say the dog thought Christmas had come. It had. Laugh

And in the grand scheme of things we always think warmly of her wherever she is now in doggie paradise and smile when we think of that day.
Report themightymac • November 10, 2015 12:23 AM GMT
One misses them when they go EO. Retrievers are wonderful dogs. Perhaps we get more sentimental as we get older? Dogs can`t fake sincerity, humans are expert at it.

This went off topic quick but nevermind. Once had a lovely rescue dog, dude in my pic, see above top left. I get home from work one afternoon, before the ex got in and I fancy a bit of cheese on toast, put the toast under, unwrapped half a kilo of good cheese, then got distracted. Maybe phone rang or needed a pi$$, either way meanwhile dog has wedged his self between the washer and dryer looking sorry as fook. He must have swallowed the lot whole. Hes looking at me like sorry pops, sorry pops I couldnt help it. I still forgave him, greedy fat çunt.

Is he a Staffy cross?

It`s truly frightening the number of staffies that end up in rescue centres. They are very friendly by nature but get a bad press.

..... that was the dog I meant not Danny Crazy
Report alun2005 • November 10, 2015 12:57 AM GMT
It would surely make for a useful 'Pavlov's Dog' type experiment though if Daniel Dire was left alone in a room with a freshly cooked organic turkey on a table, to see if he could resist temptation.
Report blackestnight • November 10, 2015 1:10 AM GMT
A staffy crossed with another fat dog. Had to leave him with an ex, she passed him on to her uncle, hes happy as larry up there.

I am a De Da mesen, but I fail to see why he's at a book signing in Sheffield ffs.

The majority don't read books around here and those that do wouldn't entertain that pile of 5hite.

On the dog front, there's this dog that comes round to mine pretty regularly, it gets through a gap at the top of the garden.
I was sat outside on one occasion and the f ucked nicked the teabag out me cup and gave me the run around for 10 minutes trying to get it back.

Needless to say I got it and put it back in the cup....good for a few more brews.
Like I said I'm from these parts.

Typical Dee Dah, can't even spell the f*cker properly!

That c*nt Dyer better not call in Chesterfield on the way, or I'll stick one right across his canister!

This book signing day sounds like an unmissable occasion. I had no idea that the Great Man had actually completed his colouring-in books.

No doubt there will be fights in the queue to snap up those treasures. It will be just like Black Friday last December, when all those nice people in London created as much mayhem as possible to get 42 inch TVs out of the shop without paying for them.
Report dambuster • November 10, 2015 2:33 PM GMT
