Rockinron, there's a few people on the racing forum, and on twitter, with the same problem. Betfair's latest suggestion is to re-set your router. (presume they mean turn it off and on again) might be worth a try.

Since Tuesday I cannot access the website directly have to go through google search .

Maybe a change of browser will do the trick for those having problems.

Silly thing is - I can get on the Forum - even look at my account ...but the moment I try to
transfer to the exchange ....bugger all !
Tried **** ....on in milliseconds with no problem!

If it was me I'd run C Cleaner and clear browser history, this should of course be done on a regular basis. At least twice a week. Imo.

Anyone having problems?

I place a lay bet on the Arsenal v Everton bet just now an it deducted the cash from my account but the money has went into the ether. No record of the bet being placed. Normally I wouldn't worry an give it a day for them to fix it themselves but I'm oing a bit of matched betting and have money risked on another site.

I tried phoning them but there's a long waiting time.

I' like this sorted before the match starts.

Yeah seen a message on the soccerball forum. If it's the whole site then they should have put the message on all forums. It saves me a phone call but I hope it's fixed for 5pm.

Got refunded, will leave it an hour and then try again.

Some people have had problems for a few days, this major crash always seems to happen on a Saturday, usually around the 3.00 kick off  time so this could some time to sort out.

I often wonder if the BOTS are so active that the  BF front end processors are too overloaded to allow normal traffic access.

They (Betfair)don't seem to understand - I can get on BetDuck in about 500 milli seconds with no problems at all !
Why all these problems with betfair ????   
They really need to get some good IT Guys in to sort this crap out !
