The good Dr.will say that first you will need a good tin opener to get into the tin of Spam btw.
In answer. I have put in 5k.The min is £2 (RISK)a point.My first trade was for £4pt(Lost£25).I increased
as the profit rose.and vice versa. at +700.it was £7pt trade (produced +58).My biggest Loss was 108 a £4 pt trade,and biggest Profit was 176 at £10 pt.. Currently opened at £6 buy.at level 6395.and will top up to £10 if pulls back to 6400 +6395 (currently). hope not the kiss of death.. hoping for run up to 6440
+£63 at 6408 Mid ) will stop out if trades down at 6385...potential loss here of approx 125.
Only study charts. over diff time frames for strong trends,up or down, of at least 20 pts. 'The Trend is your friend.'still stands you in good stead. Operating the Stops is the key..to Profit and Losses.it's not easy,like on here BF, without a Staking Plan & Discipline..you WILL FAIL..Ive lost approx 6k since 2003..was a B/Lay IR punter...god knows how much BF have had out of it...many times more than I've stuck in IG.
The best book I ever bought..(more Spam for the Doc)was 'The Way to Trade' by John Piper..hth.
I await the Docs criticism and hopefully some constructive comments..I know he's into it.
