I hate to cheap shots at america but their attitude to guns can be summed up by the incident a year ago when they gave a little kid an uzi to shoot on a shooting range, she couldn't control it (duh), and shot the "instructor" in the head. He's dead, she's mentally scarred for life.

Senior pastor just been on the news.
He was speaking sense about the grief and giving testimony until he completely let himself down at the end. He said that the president had been vocal about the problem for the last few years......and that he (the pastor ffs) believed in the second amendment and if those kids had been armed they could have fired back. Unbelievable. Is that what Jesus wanted then? Full metal jackets for all? Imbecile. Heard another extract earlier who had a statistic that more people had been shot dead in the last 12 months on American soil by civilians than have been killed over a 40 year period due to 'terrorism' yet still the gun lobby and the arms industry stir up crap to sell their wares. Sandy Hook was a hoax. The school was closed by 2008 and used as a prop in 2012. There is a FEMA manual for the event, which included a rehearsal the day before the "school massacre" would be presented as a LIVE EVENT on 14 December 2012.

My understanding is the right was more to do with the right to form militias to defend individual areas and states and the wording has been corrupted to mean the individual, and was originally out of liberal thinking and the balance between the people and big government. The distrust of big government is still big there, rightly so. They may have stupid gun laws but they must laugh at us for having a p*ss stain like Corbyn as the main opposition, that's one of our national embarassments, nobody is perfect.

I believe there is a far bigger threat to Western society , we are becoming too effeminate.
So I believe the American male must hang on to his right to bear arms It affirms a mans traditional role of protector of himself, his home, his family These mass insane slayings did not always happen, they seem a recent development, other causes as well here? I would agree with the militia arguments above, but I see women as far greater to our Western societies than guns If I was an American male I would hang on to mine. |

American should have a once in 50 year referendum on deciding to ban the guns or not. If they say NO then the media should stop reporting these stories with all the counter arguments, cos America has made they bed so they should lie in it. |

Actually the real problem is some people have guns and some don't At things like campuses I am afraid there must be gun trained personal available at all times, with weapons Immediately someone can fire back everything changes, there needs to be gun drill as as well as fire drills for students Safe areas need to be made available. Unless they abolish the 2nd Amendment this is what they must do. |
