In case anyone reads this, there will be a revamp of the comp in 2016, details after the King George meeting
By:
Always a good read pumpy mate.
By:
Cheers Roger but it will be a trimmed down comp next year with less comps
By:
Not surprised. It must take a hell of an effort to do all the work required to keep the show on the road, but rather like finding there's one more chocolate chip cookie at the bottom of the tin, the Placepot competition is one of likes little treats that keeps you interested throughout the year.
By:
Well done tictacman.
Pumphol, your work on the individual competitions and the overall categories is greatly appreciated. Ronan |
By:
You've just shattered my illusion of you. ^^^
Trimmed down. This is the best comp on all the forums imo (sorry to the chaps who run the other comps) but I understand how much time it takes up. I'd be no good at scoring (I presume it's Excel or something similar?) but if I could help out at all then I'd be more than willing. It'd help if your right hand man didn't get banned every other month!! |
By:
Nice words guys & thanks, several reasons why this is happening which wont go into at the mo, all the major meetings will be catered for though.
By:
Yes TGM does all the work I just post up all his efforts, doubt now he will ever come back in another guise, as too many people waiting in the wings to grass on him, personally I would be looking forward to a trip abroad or something like that but for some their only enjoyment seems to be finding banned forumites & informing there posting again, sadly I never knew there were that many sad people but you live & learn, plus people saying I'm TGM including a regular player
Anyway we will be back in 2016 |
