She couldn't shift it as it was too deep, and that despite using copious amounts of Extra Virgin olive oil for a month.

At first I was wasting it by drying the residue with tissue, but then found it more pleasurable to dip in fingers of crusty bread.

Try putting you head under water in the bath for a few minutes.  Turn your head to one side to let the air out and water in.
Remember to breathe now and again.  I would prefer a warm water bath.
(you have to pitch the instructions to the Chit Chat level. )

Kinscem, I think I may have made it worse by encouraging the shower, on a jet setting to blast it's way in there!

I always get water in at the gym pool in any case.
