Harsh? It was a completely stupid, unjust decision and the Aussies get the try straight away. Completely absurd refereeing.

I just cant see how it warrants a yellow card when you can shoulder charge someone in the face and you get the same penalty.

Report SlippyBlue • October 18, 2015 5:45 PM BST
That was so unfortunate, all they had to do was keep the ball on their own line out and grind the clock out. Argentina will be sickened.

Indeed, the wayward throw from the hooker done for them. He just lobbed it a foot too high and then they lost possession, a very cruel way to lose.
Report casemoney • October 18, 2015 6:07 PM BST

Report twizzle22 • October 18, 2015 6:10 PM BST
Great game to watch but what a $hit decision to award a penalty for what..im not sure.Wouldn't have happened in ice hockey..no penalties in the last 5 mins no matter what goes on.
Report dustybin • October 18, 2015 7:46 PM BST
aussie kicker missed first three kicks and they literally handed the jocks two trys.
If they cant win after that they never will.

For all the rattle of the other home nations laughing at England, all three fell flat on their faces just one game later within 48 hours and totally blew any chance to catch England in the overall bragging rights having won it once and runners up twice.....the rest all added together have done exactly.....nowt
Report MC Roller • October 18, 2015 10:53 PM BST
Great performance, what a difference from the six nations embarrassment. I was proud to be Scottish watching that today. But, the better team won. Great to see the positive comments on the forum today, cheers for the support.

Report dustybin • October 20, 2015 2:48 PM BST
It seems the jocks dont find it nearly as funny when its them they think are robbed of something.
Truth is they've never won a thing.....or come anywhere close to winning owt and now they get mardy cos they think they got dealt some bad luck.
Report curious-cat • October 20, 2015 3:23 PM BST
unlike England who were hammered by Australia and also beaten by Wales Scotland were seconds away from a SF when an incorrect decision cost them the match.

Nothing to see here for one-eyed English fans.
Report curious-cat • October 20, 2015 3:28 PM BST
I think Joubert carries a mirror guinness2dear ( 19 Oct 15 22:01 ) in case someone dies and he can check if they are breathing.

Also his white stick has an attachment and he uses it to see up skirts.
Report dustybin • October 20, 2015 3:48 PM BST

No one expected much from the scots so fair play to them.  Wales and Ireland same old - brave lions who ultimately lost.  Just shows what a load of sh1te the northern hemisphere are when England and Wales don't pull their weight, zero point relying on the other 6 nation wannabes.
Report mafeking • October 20, 2015 5:19 PM BST
ireland and wales have largely dominated the 6 nations recently cos england are pretty average and france have been shocking for the last 3 or 4 years. neither ireland or wales have been able to beat the SH sides consistently as england did back in the day
Report rob_dylan • October 24, 2015 3:37 PM BST
