Sad news just watched him in the 1966 Cup Final on either Youtube or Pathe News yesterday . R.I.P.
A very good goalkeeper, tremendously agile and athletic.I rate him not too far behind the great Gordon Banks.

Great Keeper of that era...there were a few I remember...Colin McDonald.Alan Hodgkinson and Eddie Hopkinson..all played for England.

Banks understudy. Great keepers both. Rather better than our current one on the evidence of tonight. Though to be fair they both had better defences.
