Double yellow lines are a good speculation!

Typically circa £12.5k for 50 lineal ms, dependent on site.

"Randolph Duke: Exactly why do you think the price of pork bellies is going to keep going down, William?

Billy Ray: Okay, pork belly prices have been dropping all morning, which means that everybody is waiting for it to hit rock bottom, so they can buy cheap and go long. Which means that the people who own the pork belly contracts are going batshit, they're thinking, "Hey, we're losing all our damn money, and Christmas is around the corner, and I ain't gonna have no money to buy my son the G.I. Joe with the kung-fu grip! And my wife ain't gonna f... my wife ain't gonna make love to me if I got no money!" So they're panicking right now, they're screaming "SELL! SELL!" 'cos they don't wanna lose all their money, right? They're panicking out there right now, I can feel it.[on the ticker machine, the price keeps dropping]

Randolph Duke: He's right, Mortimer! My God, look at it!"

I get those car park investment emails too. Don't touch them with a barge pole. They guarantee 8% for the first 2 years and then.....'maybe' this, 'could' that.
This is a ponzi scheme. New investors are paying last year's investors the 8%.
Secondly, what you own is a tiny piece of land that is currently used as a car park. There is no guarantee that it always will be.
What if the car park company (which I'm guessing is connected to this investment company, but not openly) suddenly up the cost for their management services? What will happen to the price of your investment?
It is a scam. Stay well clear - the old adage, if it seems too good to be true...
