Joe Fanning..

For those of a mature age....do you remember in All Creatures Great and Small there was an Irish Tramp called Joe Mulligan who had a sickly dog named Clancy.
Mulligan was played by Rio Fanning whose picture is below.
Just wondered in view of the facial similarity if Rio was Joe's dad.
