Hadn't taken mine for a while and was pleasantly surprised to see it about 65. Nothing amazing, but down quite a bit from the last time.

I did it with my hand on my heart for 15 seconds and it was 18 beats, so roughly 72 BPM here.

Hospital 6 weeks back Had major back problem They where more worried About my resting heart beat Than my back , it was around 50 they ask if I did sports , no don't anythink any more To ****g lazy have 3 year old After being on morphine for the pain It went down to 38 though out the night Was hoping for a bit of peace in the ward Got woken ever hour thou out the night  |

Had to laugh at the last line of your post... Last October I had part of my kidney removed due to early detection of what turned out to be a small cancerous growth. 6.5 hour op from 3pm to about 9.30pm and that first night was bliss on the morphine. BUT, off morphine and all drains etc. taken out next day. Second night felt relaxed and ready for sleep but f**k me, it was like Piccadily Circus all night. Nurses, blood test people, monitoring machines going off for ages, it was plain daft - one old guy was woken up at 3.30am for a blood test. The young girl doing it was hopeless and he was almost crying in pain at her clumsy attempts to take the blood. Next day, Dr. told me I was doing fine but they really wanted to keep me in for one more night because it was a nasty op. But when I told him the noise / general coming and going was stopping me sleeping and how I would do better at home, he readily agreed and let me out. Then he said sorry, as did the Sister with him, for the noise overnight before adding 'We have no choice though, we would never get everything done if we only worked daytime'. So, another case of madness in la-la land UK. In hospital you need more than anything to rest following operation or illness or whatever, but you have no chance of doing so overnight! No wonder everyone was soundo all day!! |

Recognise all that The Knight. Me (very) old Ma had a month in Nevill Hall (Abergafenni) with newmonica.
She's largely deaf and blind and still couldn't sleep due to all the night activity in a room of just four beds! |

No wonder everyone was soundo all day!!.......' This ' la-la land UK ' has provided you with free medical care and an operation that has saved your life. And you had a sleepless night ! Ffs. You need to get your priorities in order, and learn to be very thankful and very grateful !! |
