I saw this, hope he was frogmarched to the testing room straight after and filled up a bottle of his finest steroid laced p***Grin

The Kenyan's are turning their attention to other events away from the long distance of late, very good hurdler and now a javelin thrower, they are hardly tested in their home country due to lack of money, up to wada to catch them.

this is true. The Jamaican authorities aren't particular pro-active either.

One thing about Jamaica and Kenya that differs from other countries is they have extensive scouting networks looking for naturally-gifted sprinters and long-distance runners respectively.
Report CLYDEBANK29 August 30, 2015 10:26 AM BST
Jamaica obviously have genetic advantages.  Anyone going to a kid's sports day with mixed kids will see that quite quickly, the latest explanation being fast twitch muscles.  The Jamaicans also can't run beyond 800m.  Plus they also have a rich sporting culture and heritage in athletics.

With Kenya and Ethiopia it's harder to tell, because they both dominate neighbouring countries who you would assume have similar genetic make up.  Also it's not like sprinting, everyone sprints at sports day, but very few kids run long distances.  I still strongly suspect that genetically they have a natural advantage, but it may also be the climate and the sporting culture and heritage of Kenya and Ethiopia is more important to them than it is to Jamaica.

Top spear chucking. Id be surprised if its really worth doping in javelin anyway, mainly about technique and luck on the day. Cant see a few roids adding more than a couple of metres, wouldnt be worth it

@CLYDEBANK29 re Kenya and long-distance running. As well as genetics, it also helps that the mountainous parts of Kenya are poor, so kids run long distances to and from school -- in effect, a lifetime of free altitude training. It has been noted that the children of top athletes rarely follow in their parents' footsteps because mum and dad make enough money on the athletics circuit to pay for buses and cars.
