.......disgusting......
......I wonder if it helped him feel like a "man"........using the term in its loosest sense of course....... .....now if the c??t had wrestled the fella......well maybe fair enough....... .....if I had any power whatsoever I would set up a hunger games scenario but with some of the most efficient animal predators on earth on his scent......... .....an utter c..t |
By:
He's in my black book !
By:
It would be awful if he was to wake up unarmed with some lions one morning.
By:
Unfortunate that his family and staff are suffering but absolutely no sympathy for him.
egner is spot on, he's an utter c*nt. |
By:
His family did not try to stop him.....his staff profited from him.......karma.
By:
Not really Leopard. I doubt his staff knew what he was up to.
As regards his family well on reflection they probably did so feck them. |
By:
Were you and Cyril related Leopard. Distant cousins or something? Maybe clouding your thinking re his staff.
By:
You mean Cecil?
All mammals have 1 common ancestor, way back in time, so we are all related. |
By:
Oops sorry. Yes Cecil. Yep I never believed that Adam and Eve rubbish.
By:
he paid over £30k too to do it!
From what ive read they didn't have a hunters permit for a lion. So can be charged even though the lion had wandered into the hunters land. (prob enticed there). Hope the dentist and those who helped him all receive prison sentences. What kind of person pays over £30k to kill and behead a lion? |
By:
.....someone incredibly insecure.........
......and out of that insecurity ...and the need to "prove" themselves.......to either themselves or others or both .....comes incredible cruelty. |
By:
The Lion's cubs (6?) are in danger of now being killed by a rival male lion.
By:
He looks really proud in the photo taken with the dead lion as if he'd achieved something.
Would be good if he did time for this. |
By:
I read that story, it makes me so bloody angry. I just can't comprehend how someone could be so evil. It takes a lot for anyone to rattle my cage but that was way beyond hideous. I'm truly sickened.
By:
I can't think of any other reason for doing something like this than to prove ones manhood and how does he do that when all the cards are stacked in his favour? You want to prove your stones then get in a ring with a decent boxer and go down firing. That proves guts. This just proves what an inadequate you are but if you want to be a real hero then donate that 30k to a Romanian orphanage or something similar.

By:
akabula, it's that sicko that needs shooting, I just don't know what to say really.

By:
I know what to say. I'd take a leaf out of Olivier's book and strap him to a chair a la Hoffman and ask him if it's safe as I pull the cnunts teeth out one by one.
By:
Indeed EO, I just can't get my head around this at all. Muttley spent 11 hours in chemo yesterday, I'd sell my house to save him yet this monster goes out and shoots a lion for fun. Just beyond the pale.
By:
Iz eet safe? No sonny it's not safe, EO is going to rip your head off very soon.
By:
Psychopathy masquerading as bravado and the sad thing is that their connections will usually determine whether they rise to the top or end up in Broadmoor. That's why people like us can't get our heads around it. Without good reason we'd no more hurt an animal than a person.
By:
They're no better than wife beaters or bullies who pick on people they know they can intimidate. Big man walking around with a gun.
By:
On the rare occasions it happens I'd say 99% of my anger or irritation on here is for the gallery but this is most definitely one of the other occasions. I can't bear to see such a majestic creature brought low for "fun" of all things.

Chinese are trying to exploit Africa's resources.....will not help the situation

It absolutely sickens me when I read stories like this.

Yes....that caterpillar ate through the whole book !
A bit of levity. |

According to reports it took about 40 hours for the lion to die.Really is sickening.
This is an interesting documentary done by Louis Theroux a few years ago about foreigners who visit Africa to kill animals... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmEj482K27c |

From HH's link:
By Charmie. P. Shame on you, killing a majestic creature. Lions should not be killed for sport!!!! Do not support Dr. Palmer's business. He hunted and killed Cecil the lion - a national treasure. "Walter James Palmer of Eden Prairie, Minn., paid at least $50,000 to track and kill a lion in Zimbabwe." "Once the animal was off the national park land, Palmer allegedly shot Cecil with a bow and arrow, but did not kill him. The group then tracked the wounded animal for 40 hours, ultimately shooting and killing him, Rodrigues said. Cecil was skinned and ultimately beheaded." You should pay for what you have done, and you should financially pay to support Lion Conservation! Murderer!!!!!! |
By:
I wonder, if the dentist was killed by an animal rights extremist....would that be too far?
By:
May have seen that Davy....just watched first first few mins....that shooter guy is weird
By:
Dr. Walter J Palmer, a dentist from Minnesota, killed the famed lion on or around July 6
Palmer admitted in a statement that he was responsible for the death of the lion but said he was unaware it was protected The smiling hunter has previously been fined for lying over the location of where he killed a black bear in northern Wisconsin Social media and Yelp accounts of Dr. Palmer's practice inundated with furious messages about the hunt Cecil the Lion, 13, was wounded by an arrow before he was tracked, shot dead, skinned and beheaded as a hunting trophy Chairman of Zimbabwe Conservation Task Force said anyone convicted of involvement in the illegal hunt could face up to 15 years in prison Got that from Mail online. It also has photos of him with other animals including a Rhino. Defends himself by saying he has done nothing wrong. He also says he has a passion for hunting. Total c*nt. |
By:
I have a passion for hunting such people. Will I have done thing wrong?

Watch that Eeter it'll cheer you up. |
By:
Wonderful. Isn't it funny how the penguin seemed to know instinctively who the good guys were in that equation?
By:
Its crazy Leopard.I'm sure that people that would go so far, and pay so much money to kill animals, must have some kind of a psychological disorder.
They all seem a bit weird really. |
By:
...the guy is trying to say that he didn't know the lion was famous.........
.....but ends up saying he still loves the the "sport".... ...so it's ok to kill a lion as long as it's not well known.... ..an even bigger c..t |
By:
Hope he gets a lengthy jail sentence.
By:
In that documentary after killing, one of the hunters says "I have waited and waited, dreams come true. This is a dream. It's huge, a great day".
Thing is, it's not even hunting. All of the animals are in enclosed areas, they have nowhere to run. |

sounds like he's a sh1thouse on many levels:
"The Minnesota Board of Dentistry referenced his conviction for the Wisconsin bear hunt, as well as sexual harassment claims, in 2009 while punishing him for unprofessional conduct. According to a corrective action agreement he reached with the board, Palmer's insurer paid $127,500 to a former employee and patient who accused him of ongoing sexual harassment. The woman claimed he made unwelcome comments about and physical contact with her breasts, buttocks and genitals." |
