If we were to look at terror attacks like an ant colony they would be meaningless. Ants get on with it. Rebuild and get better. There are 7200 million people on earth at the moment. Pakistan heat wave claimed 1000 victims. Indian heatwave nearly double that. Tsunami of ten years ago killed 250,000. The Chinese say 2 million died in flooding in the 19th century. Yet the population rises.
Traffic accidents kill 1.3 million people a year worldwide. Yet the west is treating Isil as the big threat.
the big threat is chance. Eating the wrong thing at the wrong time can kill you.
Fear is said to be sinful in some cultures. The way to defeat ISIL is to get more renewable energy and cut out all the Oil subsidies. Worldwide the public give 4000 billion (not million) to the oil companies in subsidies. Give half of that to the solar panel companies/ off shore wind and other new technologies? Get away from the criminal oil companies who soak the world in black oil blood lust.

Too many big players still have too much invested in oil, that much is obvious and i doubt they are as bothered about the ISIL killing spree as they are their own shares.
See ISIL as a virus and then understand how our immune system fights the virus. An army of white blood cells consume and defeat the virus.
ISIL need to be tagged and destroyed. We need more B & T cells to combat this problem. These could be the Kurds if we tool them the antidote.
Or we do a flushout like chemotherapy, were were destroy everything in the area and hair will fallout.
