Anyone know where i could get a fake/blank passport

Not a real one obviously. Just one that looks like real. Sending away my little boys first passport within the next few days but I need another one, well maybe two,possibly even three. They are for his for his superhero cuddly toys batman, spidey and Captain America. 
Phoned the passport office few minutes ago hoping they could not help. The man was lovely but said its not something they do. I just wanted a few extra blank ones or to send some pictures of spidey and batman for them to put onto a real looking but pretend passport. He suggested getting an old passport and changing the pictures but it would not be the same. They would have different names on them. Not sure I have any old ones anyway.
Got him a batman suitcase  and passport holders with the bat sign and spidey logo on them so really need a full sized passport to go inside them. Checked ebay but could not find anything suitable and realistic. Last resort I will have to try and make one up. Any ideas. Going out for the day. Will check later if anyone might be able to offer some advice.
