So no cuts have actually happened and the suicide death rates around the normal, could you 2 please tell more ?

This country needs monumental cuts in Public Sector spending that's for sure.

So many simple and straightforward places where they could be made as well, without any visible detriment to the UK.

Get rid of East Coast Line as it is making £1 billion pound for the government once you get rid of all government owned business we will
all pay less for electric, water, gas ,rail travel, bus travel..... as has been proven by the Thatcherite policies

I think you will find the increases to electric prices totally down to mr blair making silly promises to the eu regarding non carbon/green electric.

Restrict child benefit to 2 kids, maybe a half for the 3rd. Did the dumb Tories rule that out? 12 billion is unambitious.

I always thought that paying Council Tax was supposed to pay for all services rendered, council staff, police, etc.

I had no idea that the Council were out to make a profit out of our payments. 

When Norfolk Council lost a few £million investing in Iceland, the next newsletter said that no services would be affected.

What the fack were we paying for then, them just to have a gamble with our money?

Would we have got lower bills if the Icelandic investment had paid off?

I think not.

And then we had the debacle of all Norlfolkian residents within 10 miles of Kings lynn getting a letter asking 'Do you agree with the building of the massive waste incinerator near Kings Lynn?'

The overwhelming response 'NO!! We facking don't!!'

But the chief knobheads in the Council had already agreed with contractors to have it built.

Eventually, we were told that it wouldn't go ahead.

Some 'unknowns' at the Council had no doubt had their pockets lined for giving out the contract.

And they had to pay a few million quid to the contractor as they had breached that contract.

The whole business stinks, and it's those at the top of the tree that made money out of it.
