BBC report about baby Sebastian.

I've just this minute watched a BBC report about the divide between North and South.  They showed a newborn baby and stated, to his parents' obvious dismay and anger, that his life expectancy in Stockton-on-Tees would only be 67 compared to 91 if he were born in Belgravia.  They then cut away to a Labour politician blaming this disparity on Conservative government policy, before showing the list of candidates for the area in the general election.

Surely this is blatant propaganda?  I'm not denying that there is a geographical unfairness, but suggesting that the average man in Belgravia lives to be 91 is deceitful.
