Tory HQ must have run it through the computer to determine that it would make the plastic one appear 'one of the people'.
Picked out a hat no doubt.

Didn't he claim to be a Villa fan?  His uncle (Sir William Dugdale) was a former Villa chairman.

Maybe he "rememebers" he supported a team who wear claret & blue and have some connection with Birmingham, so that's West Ham and Baroness Brady.

By:

yes, they cut that off the clip, he corrected himself

but the point is he's clearly not even a villa fan - if you genuinely support a team you could not possibly make a mistake like that... doubt if he could even name any of the villa players

He does forget things and gets mixed up,  Cameron mistakenly left his eight-year-old daughter in a pub by herself when he drove off without her a few years ago. And now not sure which football team he supports, tried to claim he had a brain fade like Natalie in the Green Party !

.......hope he remembers he's supposed to be running the country !

I am reliably informed that one cannot become a member of the Bullingdon Club unless one supports 'The Hammers'.

West Ham and Villa both claret and blue. It'll be Palace next time as we have the same colours. Thing is, we don't want him.

He should have been asked who the current manager of West Ham was, pound to a penny he would have had no idea and would have just floundered gasping for breath.

I thought he was a villa fan?
Was it tony blair who was a newcastle fan?
I assume gordon brown was a rangers fan, as he also loved bad accouting, debt and calling his opponents bigots.

Michael Foot was an Argyle director and a familiar sight at Home Park.

Harold Wislon seemed to be a genuine supporter of his home town of Huddersfield.

Moscow Dynamo's owner has been a friend of Putin since the 1960s, so presumably it's also Putin's team. Would make sense, as it was originally the club of Beria's Cheka, the forerunner of the KGB.

As a non-footie fan, I have a question.

I was looking at sports news on the telly a week or so ago, pressed 'select' when I shouldn't have, and ended up on the footie pages.

My question is, where here Celtic gone?

They don't seem to be in the Premier Scottish division.

Have the BBC facked their page up, or are my eyes bad?

And after a quick scan of division tables, I noticed that in the Highland League, a team remain unbeaten, at this late stage of the season Shocked

Having missed the bit of 'news' about Shameron forgetting which football team that he 'supported' I was a bit puzzled as to why Martin Rowson had depicted him wearing a claret and blue scarf in his Guardian cartoon.

Now I know.LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh
