TRIED BOTH SUGGESTIONS GNARLEY, NO JOY.
There must be a juggling of settings but I don't have the knowledge.

I had the same a while back, I copied into word and changed the background and the letter colours, I am sure there must be a easier way but I am no expert.
What format is the document in? pdf/word/html .......
