3. Debit/credit card surcharge fee, when booking air travel or concert tickets for example
4. Charge to use a public toilet
5. Compulsory tipping / automatically added service charge
6. Booking fees on tickets, such as music concerts
7. Bank overdraft fees
8. Passport renew/replace/update charge
9. Mobile phone roaming charges
10. Charge for amending/updating insurance policy details e.g. new car or address - Source: Direct Line
Number 4 is the most annoying for me, makes sure you're never caught short in Westminster/central London because you will have to pay for the privilege to p**s and there are approximately 945,889 CCTV camera's waiting for you to risk it in a quiet public place, that'll be a £20 fine sir, richest borough in the country.

In Amsterdam red light district I was actually charged extra for doing it in 3 positions instead of just one 
bbc license, why should you pay for a channel that gives us **** such as strictly, top gear, dr who etc
companies & govt departments who use premium rate phone numbers for customer care - makes it their interest to keep you holding as long as possible - c*nts

Remember public toilets before you used to pay for them? Crack heads and gayers bumming in there.
As for concert booking fee's. The organisers distribute the tickets for sale at face value to the agency's. The agencies have to put on a booking fee as this is where they make their money.
Parking fees? Anybody who drives into a city centre is a mug get public transport and stop polluting our cities.

Agree very much with Mister Badger's post, above. Another one that used to annoy me was BT charging a £5 administration fee for paying a bill!
£70 fine if you forget to pay at the Dartford Crossing..70 quid for a £2.50 toll..literally highway robbery.What gets my goat is the number of foreign drivers who get away without paying.To difficult for the authorities to track em down so they sail through with impunity.

But why do they need to go to agencies??
You used to book your ticket with the booking office at the venue, and the cost of administration was included in the ticket price.
Its like going to a checkout at a supermarket, to find they have outsourced the checkout staff who charge you an extra couple of quid to scan your goods.

For me: (in no particular order).
1. Hospital Parking (nearly all parking actually)
2. VAT at 20%
3. 0870 and 090 Numbers, in fact any number that isn't just standard rate.
4. SKY's ridiculous costs
5. All extra costs for not paying by direct debit.
6. Toll Roads - should be much cheaper.
7. 'Congestion' charge, for having the temerity to want to drive through or to London.
8. Recruitment Agencies (actually ALL agents of all types) fees. They gain much more for the staff than the staff actually get for doing the work. Without them, employers would just advertise in newspapers and the people doing the work would earn the money.
9. 'Green' payments on electricity and gas bills - just another tax/profit-making ruse.
10. Everything being more expensive at Motorway service stations, because they can.
And many more, but they're mostly unfair Business charges, which make running a business difficult.

Other than already mentioned, Charging people to pay to park in local parks, seven days a week the whole time the park is open.
But why do they need to go to agencies??
So they can distribute 10,000 tickets at face value to the agencies. Who is going to put the tickets in envelopes, answer the 1000's of calls you get for bookings, lost tickets etc etc.

When my Aunt died her house was empty for well over a year, she had numerous letters to pay the licence fee even after I said the house was now unoccupied & towards the end several visits from the licence fee people hoping to catch someone out

I'm not sure how many times the tv license has to be explained, but if the BBC never charged you, you'd still have to pay a tv license.
