Why the hell would you subject your kids to this, knowing there is probably no chance of them ever getting out....even if they live long enough to be given the opportunity to leave

It beggars belief that anyone in this country, let alone the police, should be "concerned" about the safety adults who make decisions to leave the UK of their own free will, and take the kids with them as responsible adults should.

What SHOULD concern the police and security forces is "How many more wannabe terrorists are living amongst us?", and "Let's stop anymore wannabe terrorists getting into the country".

can you imagine if you live next door to them and they return.

Knowing a bunch of mad men living next door who are quite happy to behead non believers.

I agree.
It's only if they decide to come back that the police should get interested.

It will be interesting to see the reaction if the police ever
stop a muslim  family  who it turned out were just going on holiday.
