stuck on the M6

m6 Lymm to birmingham on a Friday 

Here's the wrecker just gone past. Only been here an hour. Seen a few ambulance go by seen a few people pis sing in the bushes you know the usual motorway life

I was stuck on the M6 motorway a couple of weeks ago driving back from London. The reason being 4 horses running along the other carriageway.

Seen a man riding a pushbike up the M6 near Preston last year in the rush hour traffic.

i take it he was overtaking you on the inside! bloody cyclists!
The M6 in Lancashire, Cheshire and Staffordshire is a national disgrace, its one of the most critical roads in our network and the only thing we have to dea with it is an overcharged toll road no one will go on because of the cost. Reduce the charge to £2 per car and the M6 is instantly usable, at least at the Southern end. Of course what's really needed is a New 4/5 lane motorway going from Birmingham to Manchester direct but government parties are more interested in arguing about non doms and backstabbing than actually doing something useful!

Can you see a posroffice wagon beside a  oil tanker

as I look over my patio towards the woods and river I think how horrid it must be for all these nice people to be stuck in their perambulating (non) vehicles on this lovely sunny day
