I wasn't going to reply but as you were the most underrated Derby winner ever.....

I have used it for years, and as i have the body of Adonis and look 27, i highly recommend it's usage..
Report Golden Fleece March 30, 2015 1:29 PM BST
Yes a serious racehorse.

Do you mind me asking what amount you take daily,I have been told one or two tablespoons in a pint of cooled boiling water first thing in the morning.

The reason I stumbled across it,was I find myself suffering from a lack of energy, and fatigue,so was looking for something natural to boost energy levels.
Report SlippyBlue March 30, 2015 1:31 PM BST
What is it supposed to do exactly?
Report guinness2dear March 30, 2015 1:37 PM BST
I drink it mid afternoon - roughly the same as you have heard, but every other day.

I also use it on salads and stuff..
Report guinness2dear March 30, 2015 1:38 PM BST
Forgot to add, i started with it when i had a bout of gout. It was then it was recommended to me..
Report Golden Fleece March 30, 2015 1:40 PM BST
Thanks for that what other benefits do you derive from it.
Report guinness2dear March 30, 2015 1:41 PM BST
I used to have reflux probs (don't anymore) it looks gross, but i enjoy it's taste.
Report Golden Fleece March 30, 2015 1:44 PM BST
OK I find the taste a bit offy but don't mind it too much, definitely drinkable,I hope it helps restore a bit of energy to me,as I am 50 going on 90 at the moment, even though I am not overweight.
Report guinness2dear March 30, 2015 1:51 PM BST
Well GF, all i can say is i'm full of energy. too much sometimes. It won't harm you, so keep on with it and see if it boosts ye a bit.. There's so much shíte on offer now, i wouldn't know where to start..
Report Golden Fleece March 30, 2015 1:59 PM BST
Thanks Guinness I am off to buy a bottle, can you remember did it take long before you felt the benefits, after you started taking it.
Report guinness2dear March 30, 2015 2:25 PM BST
Well the above things i mentioned went within a month. As for energy levels, i've never really had a lack of energy, but then again since i've used it, they haven't dropped...

If ye don't feel your levels increasing after a month or so, then try summat else..

Is there something particularly unique about this Cider Vinegar compared to others?

I just had a massive lovely pile of Garlic, so I apologise in advance if I end up snogging any of you tonight.
Report Jack Hacksaw March 30, 2015 7:38 PM BST
Great for chickens and horses too.
Report Dr Crippen March 30, 2015 8:01 PM BST
Some complaints resolve themselves.
Whatever they happen to be taking when that comes about gets the credit.
They never seem to report that when they stop taking the remedy the ill health returns.  Which would seem to confirm the fact.
Report breadnbutter March 30, 2015 8:07 PM BST
yea ,it kills  verrucas Delta ,soak in cotton wool and use a plaster ,change regular and once they start to die cut down wi a scalpel to get at the root  or sand emm and keep at it

Apple cider vinegar has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. Among the ailments it’s said to cure are allergies, acne, high cholesterol, joint pain, weight loss, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, dandruff, chronic fatique, candida, sore throat, gum infection, sinus infection, flu, acid reflux, leg cramps and ear infections. It’s also used to help dissolve kidney stones, lower high blood pressure, and it’s also been shown to help with type 2 diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity.

Lol, what a list.
They've certainly kept that quiet.

A pal of mine is currently doing the rounds of alternative treatments for his IBS.

He mentioned taking wine vinegar - desperate stuff indeed.
Nevertheless there's no smoke without fire, so anything is worth a try.

I'd certainly advise anyone give it a go. You've got nothing to lose.
Report breadnbutter March 30, 2015 8:20 PM BST
sort of thing that the witches would administer back in the day ,along wi a some fungi ,some wild garlic and a few toads ....probably cured everything from premature ejaculation to aftertiming .

And if it doesn't work you can splash it on your fish and chips instead.

Oops, the in word is drizzle not splash.
Report Shrewd_dude March 30, 2015 9:06 PM BST
Where can you buy this wonder cure? I've been taking meds for acid reflux for about 8 years and every time I go to get a new repeat prescription I'm worried the doctor will ask to put a camera down my throat/up my arse so may give this a try.
Report Dr Crippen March 30, 2015 9:23 PM BST
will ask to put a camera down my throat/up my arse so may give this a try.

They actually use the same camera for both ends.

You can rest assured that they always give the camera a quick swill under the tap before they use it downhill after using it uphill.
They don't want any nasty bits from someone else's arse hole going down your gullet.

Oh no, they're very considerate in that respect.
Report Just Checking March 30, 2015 9:29 PM BST
I heard a bit of Guiness/Murphy's was good for acid reflux (in moderation).
Report Dr Crippen March 30, 2015 9:42 PM BST
Acid reflux - indigestion.

Food combining is the answer to that.
