I expected that their Head of IT would initiate a major change project and assign 7 or 8 of his brightest and best (obviously straight A students). And that's what I believe has been done.
It's just that the average forumites don't appreciate the complexity involved, for example you've got to find the littlewinder thing on the computer, then pull it out ... well I could go on but it would get very technical.
My advice is to just stick to laying winners and leave the clock challenge to the experts.
