Encouraged by the success of the "Crisp Sandwich" shop, Dermot O'Shaughnessy has opened a shop selling only "Toast Sandwiches".
These are one slice of toast, sprinkled with salt, between two lightly buttered bread slices, and a thin spread of "Marmite".
What makes this unique is that the "Marmite" is spread on the underside of the toast and not on top as normal.
This is said to dramatically increase the flavour, and he has patented the idea to protect his concept.
The shop has been packed solid since opening, and he is expecting to become a millionaire before the end of the year.
Recognising that some don't like Marmite, he will do them without for an extra charge. This is because the "Marmite" has to be very thoroughly removed!

Don't think I'd be prepared to pay for this, but if they offered a zero carb option such as two wafer thin slices of butter with a drop of marmite reduction and a garnish of a single borage flower then I would happily pay 25 quid.
