ffs, it looks like this is bigger than the rochdale fiasco, i know i am getting older and more cynical but it seems
like one big cover up. the ex plod are saying they had orders from ABOVE not to carry out arrests !!!!

It's called "Passing the buck" they will all blame the person or persons above them, as to escape any blame. If the plod who are now making these accusations had any cajones about them they would have spoken up or gone to the press - media years ago..
