Morning Shane.
I have out my winnings in the Midlands National. I nave had Bob Ford and Cadeau George £1 each way. I had 50 pence each-way on Major Malarky but he is a non-runner Betfair have given me my £1 back! I thought that was jolly decent of them ![]() I will put it on a later hurdle race, so I can watch AP. We must make the most of him before he retires. No more bets then, for me, until Aintree. Good luck with Port Melon ![]() |

I'm really not with it today. |

So many mistakes in that post. I think I should start again

I`ll cheer yours on in the Midlands National.
|
|
By:
Thanks, Shane.
I want AP to win and one of mine to place. Here we go! |
|
By:
Both of mine to place, hopefully!
|
|
By:
Oh no! AP has fallen!
|
|
By:
Well, that was a bit disappointing
![]() All fallers seem ok. That is the main thing. I will hang around and see if, Shane has any luck. Then, would you believe, Mr Makybe wants feeding again! |
|
By:
I think I might get him one of those automatic feeders that you can leave for your pets if you are out.
|
|
By:
Bad luck, Shane.

Looked good at one point

I didn't see the race. I looked at the results.
I'm off to do some intensive form study for the 5.15 at Uttoxeter. |
|
By:
It's the 5.35
I've had £1 win on Piton Pete at 10/1 ![]() |

No luck for me, but a nice win for AP

Afternoon everyone.
I had to work yesterday but am here this afternoon. We are having double glazed windows fitted at the moment, so it's a bit noisy, but they are doing upstairs at the moment. Leaving the sitting room free, so I am able to watch this afternoons racing ![]() Good luck to those having bets. |
|

ooh good. Does anyone know if something's happened to Katie Walsh? She was down to ride a horse in the last race yesterday but didn't, isn't riding today and I can't see her with a ride in the National tomorrow

|
By:
Oh no. Hope she is alright

My nap, in the first, didn't come anywhere.
I have Montdragon in this. I don't think I'm going to do much good in the Aintree comp. I haven't been able to give this meeting my full attention this year. Ooh, they're off! |
|
By:
so there's Katie Walsh!

By:
Lol, yes.
Awful colour outfit ![]() |
|
By:
Thrilled for AP.
Even more thrilled that SDG got up ok. |
|
By:
What on earth is AP going to do when he no longer does this?
He was so excited there chatting away about his win. Bless him ![]() |

My beloved Cue Card won me 8 points there
![]() Thanks, Cuey ![]() |

![]() I don't know why women and girls want to look like dogs dinners. |

I saw a part of a program the other day about gypsies visiting Aintree on Ladies Day. The gypsy girls all scarpered early as they were so shocked by the behaviour of the "country women." The heavy drinking mainly.
|
|
By:
I've recorded that programme, HH.
I despair at these overdressed, tarty, drunken, women at the races. It makes me ashamed to be a woman ![]() |

Seriously hoping we don't have a repeat of yesterday, over these National fences.
