I am being pilloried by someone of what he said but has turned it around
and told others that I sad it.
Naturally this is very hurtful, but more hurtful is the fact that these other
people actually believe his lies.
I hold the opinion that this guy is mentally deranged and could not understand
that he had the genius to think in the way that he has, but after a little thought
I realised that he was covering his back, he believed that I would tell the people
was slagging off and he would lose face, the fact that I never told these people
has worked in his favour, in the last month one of these people sidled up to me and accused
me of doing what this persons lies had been informed and he hoped to intimidate
by telling of what he knew, I denied that I had said what he believed and named the person
who had actually told the lies, three times during this conversation the one who stopped me
to repeat the lies told by the original perpetrator, he said he could not believe that I had said
but he still carried on berating me, so he DID believe that I had told the lies.
Is there a way through law that I CAN TAKE ACTION, before I actually visit my local police station?
Thank you in advance.

bazzar, you rarely return to threads you start, so there is no point in anyone replying

Delta, sorry you think that, but sometimes I have had difficulty in revisiting the thread because of something
I am unaware of and have not complied, it used to be so simple a few months ago.

Delta, this has only happened on threads I have started, has it ever
happened to you, Delta?
I don't know why it has happened and cannot understand the reasoning behind it.

I'm afraid that I must also agree. Your original post is incomprehensible. You need to explain the problem (or supposed problem) far more accurately. Rambling and mumbling might be alright in face-to-face speech, but it is simply gibberish when written.
You need to rewrite the whole thing...and bear in mind that the reader is NOT privy to all the extraneous information that YOU have.

This is totally bazzar imo (please forgive me that abbreviation as we are talking about just this on another thread).

When I read this sort of of thing, I frankly wonder how some people get through life.

No point going to the police as it is not their jurisdiction, and if you say something inappropriate it could be you heading for the cells.

It sounds like something from the low life that is "Eastenders", or some equally low life TV, slagging off, daytime show.

Hmmm. Quite honestly, I would quit while the going is good. You admit to being outwitted by a 'mentally deranged' geezer/woman who turned out to be a genius. I can't see your position improving from this point.
I would cancel my Facebook profile forthwith! LaughLaughLaugh

Sorry...shouldn't laugh. BlushSad

I think this is a Google translation of the Off-side Law from English into a rare German dialect and then back into English.

That's why it doesn't rhyme.

It's clear enough:-

Somebody said something then turned around and said bazzar said it and then other people started turning around and telling bazzar that he shouldn't have turned around and said it when bazzar hasn't turned around and said anything it was the other person who turned around and accused bazzar of turning around and saying something when they originally turned around and said something.

Anyway, he didn't say nothing. So, he wouldn't have turned around. How can you turn around if you don't say something?
The cctv footage should show who's turning round and saying stuff, and who didn't say nothing.

Any more turning round and sidling going on?

It actually sounds like a geriatric "Square Dance" at your "Derby & Joan" club.

Anyway, if you expect people to help and advise, you need to stop talking in riddles, and re-write your post without errors (I presume they are)
that have the reader stumbling over what you are trying to say.

Also chuck in a few token paragraphs as, at the moment, you have nine lines of type without even a new sentence>.

Not long ago I had the p!ss taken out of one of my posts, where it was said by a few that it didn't make sense.
It was only perhaps four lines and, to my eyes, reading it over, it looked quite understandable, but seeing that the consensus was agreed on,
and not by habitual cynics, agitators and would be comedians, I re-explained and all was forgiven!

So try again. Lets have a bit more detail as to what is alleged to have been said and who are the people involved Not by name but as a group.

Consider if they are really worth bothering with. If it's so called "workmates" it is difficult I know as there will always those that you can't stand and have to tolerate just for an easy life.

Just distance yourself from them or, alternatively get this person and physically, or verbally, beat him into submission, and acceptance that he is in the wrong, taking the precaution of recording what goes on.

As I said previously, this is not a job for the police, and taking a private civil action for "Slander/Deformation of Character" is fine for high profile people, who can afford to chuck unlimited sums at it, but I doubt that you fall into that category!

You are right, AUNTY POST, I have almost succumed to beating the person
who is lying about me, but am afraid of going too far, such is the anger
and distress I feel, it no good me trying to convince the people who
are being maligned by him because he has got in first, principally because I never thought it was enough
to stir up trouble because of his stupidity.
At first I could not work out why he would lie, but then with a little thought it became obvious,
he thought I would tell them and he decided to cover his back, in most other times he has
appeared to be a friend of those he has maligned, hence why they believe him, but actually
he is s----ing himself that they may find out the truth.
Obviously as a person who is not directly involved it is a storm in a tea cup, but is has had
the effect of missing meals because of being stirred up inside.

Next time you see the person you should:

Kick them in the stomach before applying a three-quarter facelock (reach back and grab the head of the fella, thus pulling the fella's jaw above your shoulder) before falling to a seated position and forcing the guys jaw (but predominantly the guys neck) to drop down your shoulder.

Then proceed to give them the middle finger and drink a couple of cans of beer whilst smashing them together. Worked every time for a bloke in America.

Well, the missed meals can be offset with a bit of comfort-eating. As for the lies...sounds like an all-important lie detector test is required.
The Jeremy Kyle Show is made for this kind of situation!
