One of the things some school friends and I did, aged about 12, was to walk through the local shopping centre asking strangers if they had the right time, but prefacing it with; "Excuse me you ugly, witchy-faced old tart"..... Or similar.
No-one ever noticed, and they always said, "Yes, it's (whatever the time was)"
I'd guess if anyone had asked what we'd said to them they'd have just replied that we'd asked for the time.

Did you see the program a few months ago where they did a sting on a massive american spiritualist?
He had a hidden earpiece, with his wife speaking to him over a radio, reading out details she had about people in the audience and he was then repeating it to sound mystic. The investigators found the frequency and were able to record what she was saying as he walked about touching people and speaking to them etc.

Buggsbunny, Let the non believers think what they want to think. I admit that there are a lot of charlatans about BUT there are one or two that are genuine Spiritualists/mediums about. Has for clairvoyance/fortune telling i dont know much about these so i cant comment on them has i have not seen many of them to come to a view on them. But those that i have seen have not convinced me at all.

Funnily enough I went with the missus to see one last week but they were "closed due to unforseen circumstanes".

I went to see a medium over 10 years ago , wasn't my idea but my old man was into it all & my Grandad had just died , didn't quite realize what I was letting myself in for but went along separately anyway
Didn't say a word to her which I think unnerved her a bit but she came out with all kinds of mumbo jumbo , said my Grandad was getting a bit p!ssed off with her
She did say a few things like my Aunts name , old mates name who died after leaving school she said he looks in on me often
She also told me I'd become a big winner & was very good with my hands , said it was like gambling but couldn't quite put her finger on what it was (this was just before internet poker ever existed)

Still don't know what to make of it all tbh she did seem to know 'something' but not too much

The thing is she tape records the whole interview but is constantly stopping & starting her tape recorder throughout

I realized why she did that was that when you listen back to the tape afterwards it sounds far better to anybody that listens than everything did during her mumbo jumbo session
