Very sad. I grew up as a young lad watching Star Trek, and Mr Spock was a profound, ground breaking character. The chemistry between Kirk & Spock was a TV (or movie) classic.

RIP.

It's not unexpected, but I feel a lot sadder about this than I'd have thought I would SadSad It's illogical.

Nimoy announced his lung condition on Twitter last year, writing: "I quit smoking 30 years ago. Not soon enough. Grandpa says, quit now!!"

I didn't appreciate he directed a handful of films - the best known being Star Trek 4 : The Voyage Home

Leonard Nimoy also gave value for money. Here he is helping the Bangles save on the cost of making a normal music video

Exemplary surgeon/murderer in an episode of Columbo, even caused a violent outburst in the detective when he slammed a coffee pot down on Nimoy's desk.

I was quite shocked when i saw him in an episode of Gunsmoke playing a red indian. When you watch an icon ye SOMETIMES forget they had a life and career before. He was a very talented man. R.I.P.

you've already made up your mind about.

it is quite illogical to run up and down on green grass, using energy,
instead of saving it.

after all, as 'wanting.' It is not logical, but it is often true.

That made me smile. A lot of writers can't express their true feelings with their wives. Rather than have a vent at home, and risk harmony and completely losing sexy time chances, they put their feelings into the scripts they write.
I think Patrick Marber did this when he wrote Closer, also Neil LaBute does it in his writings.
