Nothing in the news on the web but according to the Dad's Army Appreciation Society website, Pamela passed away yesterday.

She died on Saturday the day before her 96th birthday.
Still nothing online. Wikipedia hasn't been updated. Very strange.
Wiki says she was born 15 jan 1920, so not the day before her 96th birthday either.

Sounds like DAAS made a mistake. It would have been confirmed by now surely.

Pamela Isabel Cundell[1] (born 15 January 1920 [1] in Croydon, Surrey) was an English character actress.[2] Her best-known role was as Mrs Fox in the long-running TV comedy Dad's Army.
She is a descendant of Henry Condell, one of the managers of the Lord Chamberlain's Men, the playing company of William Shakespeare.[citation needed] Henry Condell also helped put together the first folio of Shakespeare's works after his death.
She passed away peacefully on 14th February 2015[3], the day before her 96th birthday.
