Wiki says she was born 15 jan 1920, so not the day before her 96th birthday either.

Haven't you heard of The Curse of Dad's Army? |
|
By:
Rob - it was definitely on the DAAS website yesterday under "Latest News".
Does seem odd though that it hasn't been reported which is why I've qualified my comments. |

Sounds like DAAS made a mistake. It would have been confirmed by now surely.

Pamela Isabel Cundell[1] (born 15 January 1920 [1] in Croydon, Surrey) was an English character actress.[2] Her best-known role was as Mrs Fox in the long-running TV comedy Dad's Army.
She is a descendant of Henry Condell, one of the managers of the Lord Chamberlain's Men, the playing company of William Shakespeare.[citation needed] Henry Condell also helped put together the first folio of Shakespeare's works after his death. She passed away peacefully on 14th February 2015[3], the day before her 96th birthday. Lifted from wiki. Obviously contradicts itself. |
