the agenda is they want full control of the UK because we are soft. The EDL protest in Dudley on Saturday was, despite what the media want you to think, not just a protest for protests sake. I've not seen any media source yet report what the protest was about, but it was a protest because they want another mosque in Dudley. 60,000 signatures have been collected against this and the council have rejected the plans 5 times but it will happen, the council will surrender or muslims will take positions within the council to see it gets through.

The High Court has been presented with expert evidence suggesting one in four postal ballots cast in the re-election of Mayor Lutfur Rahman in one ward in Tower Hamlets were completed by the same person. Robert Radley, senior consultant at the Radley Forensic Document Laboratory, examined ballot papers and postal voting slips to analyse handwriting and ink.

His report claimed “there appears to be a particular feature of note”, which was that many of the X marks had been extended and they were “shaky”. He claimed this was unusual, and as so many ballots were similar it is likely the same person filled them out.

Radley wrote: “These Xs are ‘shaky’, undulating, written slowly with care but laboured. Where the initial pen strokes fall short of a corner of the printed box, some show evidence of retouching: one of the legs of the X has been extended with a short line into the corner.

“Whilst I cannot identify a particular individual or a number of individuals as having written this large number of distinctive and idiosyncratic ‘X’ marks, their presence is worthy of note.”

He continued: “I have examined many hundreds of ballot papers in a variety of cases over the last 37 years. I do not recall this particular feature in such quantities in previous cases especially when one considers that this feature is found in approximately 25 per cent of the ballot papers for one ward in this particular case. For this to happen by chance would, in my opinion, have to be a very considerable coincidence.”

The Times reports that Mr Radley also looked at the ink used on the ballot papers, and concluded that many of them were the same formula. He wrote: “Bearing in mind that there are many thousands of black and blue ballpoint pen ink formulations, one can appreciate that for a substantial number of ballot papers to contain inks which cannot be differentiated from the extensive examinations undertaken, there has to be a very high level of coincidence for such numbers of indistinguishable inks to appear if, indeed, these ballot papers have been written with different pens in different households.”

Rahman’s election last year as Mayor is being challenged by four members of the public, who have put up their own money to have the result overturned. If they lose they will face financial ruin but claim they have brought the case to “fight for democracy to be returned to Tower Hamlets”.

The case was due to be heard in Tower Hamlets but the judge ruled the case had to be moved amidst concerns the witnesses would be intimidated. The petitioners claim the alleged electoral fraud was an orchestrated campaign led by Rahman and his supporters.

They want the election rerun and Rahman disbarred from public office. Evidence against him includes witness statements taken from Breitbart London staff who claim to have witnessed voter intimidation.

Muslims Protest over BBC’s Chapel Hill murders silence.

According to a report yesterday -

A protest will take place outside the BBC on Thursday evening to condemn the broadcaster’s minimal coverage of the Chapel Hill murders in the US, which saw three Muslim students shot and killed.

Organizers say the BBC’s coverage of the Chapel Hill murders in North Carolina on Wednesday was tantamount to silence in comparison to the corporation’s reporting on the Paris attacks last month.

After Breitbart London reported a single police officer had asked for the names of Charlie Hebdo customers at a newsagents in Wiltshire, further revelations exposed the extent of investigations into people who bought the controversial magazine, with three police forces, the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) and the national counter-extremism unit involved.

It now transpires the first reported police visit by an officer in Wiltshire was undertaken after the National Counter-Terrorism Policing unit received a list of all UK newsagents that had got copies of Charlie Hebdo from distributor John Menzies. Although it is presently unknown whether the distributor volunteered the list to the police or was asked to provide it by the counter-terror unit, the Daily Mail reports the list was then passed to ACPO, who then wrote to police forces who had retailers selling the magazines within their jurisdictions.

A spokesman for ACPO said “John Menzies, as the distributor for Charlie Hebdo within the UK, provided the police service, through the National Counter-Terrorism Policing HQ, with a list of outlets which were stocking the edition of Charlie Hebdo released following the Paris atrocities.

“This was done so that local officers could be aware of any potential tensions on their beat arising from the sales of the magazine, given the situation following the killings”.

The ACPO advice given to local forces was that shops should only be visited in the case of growing local tensions, but it appears some forces or individual officers went overboard in demanding details of customers even where there was no terrorism threat.

Shopkeepers in three areas of the country, Cheshire, Wiltshire, and Wales, were then reportedly contacted by officers asking for details of customers who had bought the magazine, a move for which Wiltshire police have apologised but Cheshire and Wales so far deny took place. Writing in The Guardian, the head of counter-extremism and chief constable of Greater Manchester Police Sir Peter Fahy acknowledged the newsagent inspections as “over-zealous” but insisted they had good intentions.

Chief Constable Fahy said “Forces were aware of the potential for heightened tension with the release of Charlie Hebdo”, especially considering the “increase in incidents of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia”, suggesting a concern some copies may have ended up in the hands of Islamophobic individuals, and that this was a matter for police concern. He continued: “it is important that we do not erode the very freedoms that we are trying to protect.

“I understand why asking for the names of those who might have bought this magazine will appear over-zealous and unnecessary. There was no national guidance to this effect and it is not to be supported unless there is clear evidence that a crime has been committed”.

The inspections have been condemned by civil rights groups. Jodie Ginsberg, the head of the Index on Censorship campaign said: “This is so ridiculous as to be almost laughable. And it would be funny if it didn’t reflect a more general worrying increase in abuse of police powers in invading privacy and stifling free speech in Britain.

“Does possessing a legally published satirical magazine make people criminal suspects now? If so, I better confess that I too have a copy of Charlie Hebdo.”

The BBC refused to include UKIP Member of Parliament Mark Reckless in a debate on the European Union and the ongoing Greek crisis because he is not a woman. The party has said that it will not find a woman spokesman to replace Mr Reckless in the debate because that would be “crazy political correctness”.

The debate is due to be pre-recorded on Thursday for future broadcast on the BBC4. Speaking to the Guardian, a spokesman for UKIP confirmed that the party had been invited to send a representative to take part in the debate.

“We put forward Mark Reckless because he’s the expert on these matters. But the BBC said it already had an all-male panel and asked us to put a woman forward,” she said. “We’ve refused, because it is yet more crazy political correctness. So we’re at a deadlock.”

A BBC spokesman told the paper: “We always aim to have a range of people and opinions on the programme, and are having ongoing discussions with a number of potential guests for this debate.”

The UKIP spokesperson also confirmed that the party had refused an invitation to appear on Newsnight in order to discuss the controversial ‘mockumentary’ Ukip: The First 100 Days, described by Ukip leader Nigel Farage as a “biased, partisan depiction” of the party.

However, they insisted that they are not boycotting the BBC but merely wished to let the matter lie, saying “We get daily requests to appear on Newsnight, some of which we accept, and some of which we turn down. We decided we didn’t want to discuss this matter any further.”
