Greetings from an on tour LMFAO in NZ
2 food tips/recipe picked up o far:
Sweetcorn - in the husk- microwave for 3.5 to 4 minutes
leave to cool a bit - then peel and eat- keep the green leaves peeled back as a handle
Also- banana chutney- slice a banana - ripe is best - going black is fine- finely chop a half sweet red onion mix them
- put a heaped teaspoon of fine curry powder into a half bottle of french dressing for salads - shake and pour over the banana /onion
leave for an hour if possible to marinate
Wonderful chutney to accompany pretty much any cooked meats /salads/indian meals etc

Lol- Whakatane - white island was good- dolphins on way back- on surf beach round the corner at Ohope - sun yesterday- cloudy/ spitting rain this evening - sipping an Oyster Bay rose' with bubbles

just setting the alarm for 2.40 am - Napier motel- heated swimming pool and ensuite bubble bath needs paying for- just had the best steak in 'Churchills' if anyone knows it nice red of the region- very smooooth  |
