Why do these reality tv stars always get so teary eyed when they get the "letters from home". They're only away for a couple weeks not months, and its not exactly if they're in Afganistan or something.

If it's anything like the mail I get at home it's all taxi companies and pizza menus. The final demands are the closest I get to weeping.
