They spectacularly failed on this with QE, which predominantly lined the pockets of the rich.
Just as we di in the UK and as they are about to with Euro QE tomorrow.

A big mistake. If they did anything, it should have been spending on infrastructure, where lots of people get back to work and we see an improvement in our roads, rail and other things. This money would have circulated in the economy much better.
