Jane Secker just confirmed on Sky that she doesn't wear a bra.

So the Sun have finally succumbed to a load of insecure women.
There was not a man on this planet who wanted it gone. Most Sun readers are men. Makes no sense. They never had to read the paper. According to Sky, they still have it Online anyway. |
|

I picked up a copy of The Sun in the hairdressers a few months ago and was surprised to still see a topless woman on page 3.
Seemed such a strange, old-fashioned thing to see in a supposedly family newspaper. |

I can feel a 'Save Our Stunnahs' campaign coming on
|
|
By:
The majority of those against it tend to be insecure mingers.
|

Weak and pathetic move by the sun. Another example of pandering to a minority. Hope it feels the financial cost.

Any of these campaigning nipple nazis heard of the internet.

Here's a real opportunity for an ailing newspaper, The Guardian perhaps, to grab the Page 3 market with some , ahem, 'stunnahs' on their own Page 3.
|
|
By:
It will be interesting to see if it affects their sales.
|
|
By:
do you think they'll go t1ts up then?

Alun2005 - I'm just imagining some lefty ta&t on Guardian page3 but still holding the look at my eyes you s&xist pig expression hahahahaahahahaha

By:
jack I had a feeling as soon as you went into a hairdressers you were the type of fella who wouldn't approve of page 3
![]() I haven't read this rag since I sat on the train on the way to college a few years ago, but to bow down to pressure after so long to lorry load of feminists is disappointing. Was reading one of the campaigners aged 35 today blaming her insecurities all her life on her own breasts (being small) on the effect of page 3. ![]() Newspaper circulation I would imagine is dwindling anyway, they will probably all fold in the next 10 years in the paper form and move online soley. Will have to make do with the Metro only and it's mildly amusing love column "lady with the blonde hair and pencil skirt on the 7.46 train to London Bridge, caught my eye as you were getting off, fancy a coffee sometime?"....how about you ask her instead of emailing a newspaper ffs ![]() |

I'm a man, occasionally on this planet, and I wanted it gone.

scandinavian, should it be barbers?!
. Not sure what the description was in the shop window, but inside there were a few dolly birds cutting geezers hair.Actually, I don't approve or disapprove to page 3 - just didn't realise they still had them! |
|
By:
Being a scouser I don't read the Sun, but it's a ridiculous capitulation to the feminist left wingers. I hope the Daily Star now features two scantily clad models every day by way of compensation.
|
|
By:
Would be better news if they got rid of The Sun altogether.

Would be better news if they got rid of The Sun altogether.

By:
Only if that coincided with the Guardian disappearing
|
|
By:
the downfall was that all the models were under 25 with pert boobs , obviously telling women this IS the look you should have ,that's the ideal .
So eventually all these not so ideal women are booking in for plastic surgery all a bit outdated i guess |
|
By:
are we sure it was just pressure from women's rights groups responsible for the demise of page 3?
|
|
By:
Strange coincidence:
1) Sun drops page 3 2) Sky Broadband to block internet porn by default. Rupert Murdoch getting religious in his dotage? |
|

Certainly not 'Moslem'

Piss all to do with women
Yet another freedom removed from men what a society |
|
By:
I think a support group needs to be set up to help devise excuses husbands can give to their wives to suddenly change ISP from Sky Broadband.
|
|
By:
It has been claimed that a fair proportion of people who buy The Sun are illiterate and buy it to give the impression that they can read. The revamped Page 3 will be a big loss to them.
As a Guardian reader,I'll never forget their 'pygmy Guardian' comments. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Still the most important newspaper on the high street. Affects public opinion

Sadly.

I'd sooner get caught looking at t1ts rather than admitting to reading the Guardian

The great irony with the Guardian is if you ever see a copy your guaranteed tits......not in the publication obviously but the type of person reading it
