Quite a few Accies in the EPL or whatever the feck it's called - so that must be MORTALLY over-priced. What does a ticket cost at Arsenal? What does a ticket cost at Bayern Munich?

The idea of watching a scottish football match totally repulses me. But to have to pay 2 bob for the privilege is obscene.

Don't know if this is actually true, but an Accies director was on the radio a few weeks back and he claimed Accies had more youth academy players in the EPL than any other UK youth academy except Southampton...

It's little surprise that football has been grabbed by greedy speculators and the just plain crooked, I know a little about Scottish football, as a kid I collected football paraphernalia was always fascinated by the names of scottish teams, Heart of Midlothian, Queen Of The South, Inverness Caledonian Thistle, etc,
As far as the Premier goes, to me it dead without Rangers, a bit like cops without robbers, Sonny without Cher, scrub that last one, Scottish footy has suffered as a result of this IMVHO.I'm amazed to see Brora Rangers currently top of the Highland, only a few years ago they were holding all the others up, then Fort William F took that mantle, and now the usual suspects are squabbling it out, Huntly, Lossiemouth, Keith and good ol Rothes, my fav for bottom. |

Hope that's true, The Germans adopted a major youth policy which has paid off big style, so many great/good home grown players. |

I follow my local footy side, Glentoran and go to most matches. £10 in and our gate against Crusaders on Saturday was 1,500. We lost 2-1 but it was exiting to watch and a decent game all round.
It p11sses me off when people would spend £100's going to watch EPL and Scottish football when we've got a very decent product on our doorstep. We struggle financially and our game won't improve because a lack of supporters which is a vicious circle. The rich are getting richer while teams like us and Hamilton struggle. Fair play to Hamilton for trying something different. Support your local side and give grass roots a better chance. |

She had a voice then, the "work" changed her tone to a(almost semi tone hard,) piercing, drone. She always had too much vibrato, but in pop this is easily disguised by clipped or short notes. Either way she has carved out a great career, and was the first to use "aututuning", then an innovation, now a curse. But what a WOMAN.

Before Barry Town changed their name, I always hoped that with a huge change of fortune, a UEFA Cup 1st round tie would throw up Barry v Keith.
