Me too, Bodil.
I bought some brew from Iceland last week which contains rum and coconut - which I'm just finishing off at the moment. Love the rum - abhor the coconut. Have tried to disguise the flavour with coke and ice. It's not working very well. Yeuk to coconut! |
|

It's ASTOUNDINGLY good for you ya numpty...I bought some coconut in a block a few weeks ago - ate some yesterday and it had turned a bit rancid - tasted like blue cheese. But...it's harder to find a healthier food than fresh coconut : A ready cure for stomach problems, such as stomach problems caused by rancid coconut. Hoorah!

|
By:
hahahaha!
But it tastes bleedin' 'orrible, Vel! In fact, it always tastes rancid! |
|
By:
Sorry, TT -- calling BODIL a NUMPTY there - certainly NOT you -- you are merely an UTTER DONUT for yeuking the coconut!

I hope it isn't a coconut flavoured utter donut!

Tommy and Bodil - you have forced me to post COCONUT RESEARCH on my new FERMENTED VEG THREAD.
|
|
By:
hehehe!
I only bought this brew because it was so long since I've had anything coconut I thought maybe I wouldn't mind it anymore - or even, maybe, like it now. Not a Jack Palance! |
|

That was great Tommy - it gave me an excuse to bump up my failing thread. If it continues to die on its ar$e I will just have to persevere until people fall into line, saving the NHS millions of pounds.

You bastards!

kimchi - Satan's second worst bodily exudate after cheese (= smegma). Did I mention you were bastards?

Haven't tried it but I saw it on The Hairy Bikers in Korea...looked good...
|

That was a surprisingly sane reply, Vel. I've stood down the eternal-hope-destroyers. For the time being.

Distant memories. That's the key.
Even though they may be/certainly are false. |

Yass...the coconut has all kinds of benefits. The more coconut I eat, the less I post on this forum. Thin and Crispy sent me a fresh coconut last week, through the post. It cost £15 to deliver. I've asked him to send me vouchers in the future, so I can double up coconut-wise with money left over for Younger's Sweetheart Stoute brewed in Alloa.
Stoute?? I SO miss the flat season! ![]() |

... the horror ... the horror ...

I saw that in the TV guide somewhere...have I missed it??

No - everything comes around again. And again.

Mum here still has a very expensive injection in her eyeball every couple of months for WMD. She reads and watches TV just fine, so I guess it's working. No wonder the NHS is going bust. I'm surprised the government hasn't sent a hit-man after her. With her 3 pensions included, she must be one of the top 100 most expensive items of UK state expenditure.

Or is it?

I am genuinely disappointed at the response to these FERMENTED VEG threads...perhaps hardcore degenerate gamblers just ain't interested in health after all. |

By:
Any GOOD gambler will be, at best, indifferent to fermented vegetables.
|
|
By:
Hang on Vel - I'm missing for a while. I'd love to club them all like whining baby seals.
|

You need a heart of flesh to replace that heart of stone...good night, brother Bodil.

Goodnight sweet princes.

"The bliss of nothingness. "
You say this but...for nothingness to exist...it has to BE...it has to BE...Aristotle... |

Because of its strong antioxidant properties and health benefits, the coconuts can be used to:
• Lower cholesterol • Improve digestion • Ward off wrinkles • Stabilize glucose levels • Fight off viruses • Build cells • Regulate hormones • Increase thyroid production • Lose weight • Increase metabolism • Fight infections • Stave off memory loss • Kill bacteria • And more! Jeez - these are some claims! |

And that's just coconut!
![]() How can you HATE coconut?? |
